Welcome to Scorpio Full Moon. This moon gives us an opportunity to explore what events, emotions and habits we have buried, things that have been too painful or too confronting to look at either in this lifetime or another. We have all buried something and we do this because we believe that in doing so, we have solved our problems, but when we bury our baggage it simply continues to visit us each and every lifetime, and it can create sadness, confusion and scaredness that depletes our hopefulness.
When we live from mind's ways, we are in a hurry to get rid of our emotional pain, or whatever we have decided to bury (as mind wants to protect us) and then it becomes the only thing that holds our attention. What we don't acknowledge is the consequences or ramifications as to how burying things can influence our life, block our direction. Our direction becomes consumed with controlling what we have buried and keeping it buried... and when we do so, mind believes it can put up with our pretending. When we move away from mind's way and come from soul's language, we begin to understand that the baggage that we are in a hurry to bury is only there for us to differently... that our baggage is only there to transform, allowing healing to take place instead of the burying. When we see heartache every lifetime, when we experience emotional pain each time, we can believe that it's unbearable to live with, especially if our broken heart arrives from feelings of not belonging, or feelings of always being betrayed or abandoned. We start to believe that we can't live with our pain or we can't trust ourselves to keep living with our pain - it's too disturbing, it changes our mood, we see ourselves living with a flow of anxiety within our days. To survive, we bury our emotions by freezing them within our body, creating a coldness within us that allows us to remain guarded, suspicious, disconnected and scared. In our hurry to get away from our emotional pain, we leave no room to heal our belonging and no space to learn to claim our freedom and create the emotional life that we choose for ourselves. We can bury our gifts and talents, believing that each lifetime we try to make it happen, only to feel that it never happens as we believe our gifts and talents are met with defeat, no matter how hard we try. We believe that each lifetime our talents are rejected by others, leaving us with feelings of frustration and bitterness, and in our hurry to bury our gifts, our talents and ensure they don't see the light of day, we keep ourselves busy with other things. We don't acknowledge our envy as we watch others succeed, as we move to a rhythm of boredom, uneventful and other painful outcomes. We all have our secrets that we protect by burying them, by covering them up, especially if our secrets bring feelings of shame and guilt as these feelings carry the lowest vibration of all emotions. This makes it challenging to create change towards them, leading us to believe that we have no other choice than to bury them, which creates continued feelings of unworthiness and low self esteem... leaving us to live our life with a continuous flow of not trusting ourselves, allowing a flatness. Living too long in a flatness can lead us to a depression, leaving little room to learn how to bring joy and happiness into our everyday life, requiring others to supply us with our joy. When we move from soul's language we can see with a vividness that we all have buried or covered up emotions and behaviours that we feel are too painful to be in our life... but there comes a time where we will choose a lifetime where we do differently. A time where we acknowledge with a truth that we are a soul that keeps picking up where we left off from a previous life. We revisit the lessons that we haven't completed through events that arrive with a consistency - for us to see how we will solve them this lifetime... and if we keep choosing the same ways of controlling them as other times, we continue the same cycles of outcomes where we bury the baggage, believing that once it is buried we won't see it again - only to find it keeps reappearing. When it reappears every lifetime it can push us to despair, to a hopelessness... and when we believe the hopelessness, we have nowhere else to go other than to watch ourselves move outside ourselves. We become self absorbed, angry of the unfairness and the injustice of these events to keep reappearing in our life when we have demanded for them not to be there. We demand the world to be a certain way rather than choosing to create change towards our baggage. Our baggage is our responsibility and ours only, as only the soul can create the change. How do we create change? We create the change when the event, emotion or habit is there right infront of us, when we are experiencing them so that we may transform them. It's only in that moment where you can have the death of your old behaviours by the way that you deal with your baggage, and once you do different you can experience the rebirth. Once you create the change, you can start to understand that most of your pain is not coming from the events that you see most lifetimes, most of the pain is coming from how you have tried to solve your baggage with your controlling and your demanding. Make the most of Scorpio moon's energies. Have the courage to let go of the control, as it allows you to open the door on your junk room where most of us have put our buried baggage. Acknowledge this is where you want to be and watch yourself breathe... acknowledging that you have arrived within your soul's journey to do different. This is the lifetime to learn to come from a higher vibration, where you take responsibility by having acceptance of your baggage, allowing yourself to sort out what you have buried, allowing it to rise up so that you may have a closer look at how you can differently from within. Bring in some relaxation to your days so that you are able to give it your attention, watch your emotions, watch your behaviours, so that you can understand what is truly happening, allowing you to choose different outcomes. When you do different, it makes room for when Scorpio Full Moon's direct hit meets us, and you can release your old habits, your old behaviours as you have a knowing within you that change has happened as you begin to transform much sadness, leading you to a new found freedom for life. I wish you well.

Welcome as we celebrate the beginning of a new astrological calendar year and meet the arrival of Aries New Moon... an opening for us to explore the next layer of our inner growth. Aries moon brings forward her ancient wisdom and the opportunity to gain a closer look at the individual that we are, and the many intriguing energies that make up our identity. Our energies are always shifting and changing, as are our moods, and our flow can vary in any moment with influence from events and other people. Bearing this in mind, try to bring in some awareness and relaxation to your day within this moon to help you to observe and notice when events and people are influencing your flow. What emotions arrive? What thoughts come to fruition? What behaviours rise that show you a little more about your identity? We can miss many things, or misjudge many things about our identity when we lead from mind's way... and we can bypass many observations about our identity, as mind takes more interest in seeing what's happening outside of ourselves. We can easily be influenced by what others are saying about us rather than being responsible for our own beliefs about ourselves. It is common for most of us to spend many of our moments competing with others, siblings, friends, work colleagues rather than following our own unique direction of growth. Or, when it comes to identity, many choose controlling our identity - choosing to be right or good, avoiding being wrong or bad, following the rules and regulations - at the cost of our own desires, (just to name a few), there are so many ways we can lose our way when it comes to identity. Whenever we choose to look outside ourselves it's mainly because we don't enjoy living from within, as if we are not enough, so we spend our moments believing we are not enough and then we try to correct this by choosing to impress everyone else. In doing this, it steals the opportunity to expand and create growth towards our identity. There are so many energies available that we can take up and allow to be part of our identity - it is a choice, and we make those choices continuously each day. Within this moon, be the watcher and question what energies you allow to make up your identity in all areas: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Physically As an individual, how do you live on this physical earth? How do you cope with the ordinariness of living... how well do you look after your body with food, water, rest... how often do health issues arrive? Mentally How much space does anxiety or stress take up within your day? How much space have you given to understand and watch your thoughts... observing how your thoughts affect your mood... how much space within your day do you experience calmness and peace? Emotionally What emotions do you visit consistently? What emotions do you allow to be part of your day... do you question your emotions and whether they need to be there... how often do emotional events run your life, as if you don't have a say? Spiritually How much say does your soul have within your everyday issues? How often do you live by soul's energies (acceptance, calmness, relaxation?) When answering these questions, do it from a place where the answers are only for you to hear, so that they don't become distorted, as this can happen if we are answering these same questions in front of others, for our need to be seen as good/right is strong within us... and our need to make ourselves greater than who we are is a habit that most of us have. And when questioning yourself, answer from what you have seen within your day, rather than asking your mind, as mind's attention is elsewhere... mind doesn't notice what's truly happening... it is up to us to create better understanding of our true identity by watching through a higher observation of ourselves and our everyday actions. Watching with relaxation and calmness as this allows us to observe with greater understanding and greater acceptance... once we know what is happening, we can do differently, we can shift our old habits and create space to choose the identity that we desire for ourselves. Given a choice, most of us would choose to come from a higher knowing, to come from soul's language and to live our identity from soul's energy. Soul's energy carries a gentleness. Allow yourself to see a gentleness within your words to others, no matter what energies others may bring... gentleness to yourself. Watch the softness arrive within your body... feel the softness as you touch your face.... as you walk... feel the softness of your actions and watch yourself move to that next layer of truthfulness. Truthfulness to yourself... to others... following through with honesty in all areas of life, believing in your dreams... believing in this beautiful world and all those that make up the world in this moment of history, strengthening your innocence. Try to meet all anew as if we haven't experienced events, people, memories before... where we move through life with brighter, carefree actions, where we are open to extend our vitality, our energetic enthusiasm in all that we do. These are just a few of the many higher vibrations that we can reach for, to strengthen. This is what our journey is all about, allowing change... expanding ourselves... reaching for a higher knowing that allows for a higher doing within the individual that we are. When we strengthen ourselves by choosing change, we allow for the extension of growth... making the lessons that we encounter in the next moon smoother, for growth has a flow to it, growth has a rhythm, and we can choose the rhythm that blends best for ourselves. Wherever you are in your journey, make whatever changes you can at any vibration, as it is all change, any change is appreciated. Each drop of change contributes to our soul reaching its destination. I wish you well. The Libra Moon has brought in energies around equal and balance in relationships. Most of us have experienced challenging and confronting relationships in the past and because of this, our mind believes that gives permission to be on guard towards our relationships in this lifetime.
Being guarded can leave us believing that our relationship problems come from others, or our partner is the one creating our sadness, but the truth is: we create our own sadness from our habits and behaviours that keep arriving, just as they have all the other times. This will continue until we realise this and have the courage to stop blaming others for our pain and move within to create change around our relationships, especially our close personal relationships. Injustice The Injustice card from my Subconscious Whispers deck has appeared frequently within readings this moon, so I feel drawn to share my understanding of this card from a relationship perspective. When injustice is connected to our relationships, it can bring in many different habits that are there to protect the injustice (unfairness. wrong, inequality) from happening. For example, a habit is to control our relationships - through controlling ourselves, our partners, or every part of the relationship, so as to avoid seeing injustice again. Or, it could be another's habit of truly believing the injustice to the point that it has allowed them to create injustice to their partner by being disrespectful or hurtful so that it's not happening to them. Or alternatively, others may move into a submissive energy of believing that if they are good, do everything right, and adore their partner, they will avoid the troublesome injustice. All of us have some vibration of injustice towards our personal relationships. We can try controlling it, believing it, even being submissive towards it, or we can go the other way and try to deal with the injustice, but all we are doing is creating the same outcomes each time. If we are going to create change, we need to take ownership of our over abundance of injustice and remember that whatever we believe is what we create... it is us who carry this habit around expecting it, we are the ones believing it, we are the ones valuing it, we are the ones bringing the entourage of habits. When it comes to injustice, many of us have no balance around it and because of this, the injustice and the habits that follow take up most of our thoughts and emotions within our relationships... and when injustice takes up so much space, there is no room left to follow through with what we desire for ourselves around our relationships... we don't see our desires come to fruition, we don't find space to create more trust in relationships, or develop the freedom to believe that we are all equal within our relationships. The list is long as to where our energies could be spent instead of using all our energies to protect the injustice. Injustice from soul's perspective What if you were to spend more moments away from mind's way of doing things and see how soul's language interprets the injustice? What if the injustice was only there to do differently? What if the injustice keeps presenting itself so that you can bring new habits to injustice like acceptance, calmness and relaxation, and through this you may move within and observe your behaviours? It is here that you'll be able to watch the emotions and habits that you bring to your day in regards to injustice. Finding space for this within your day will strengthen your stillness and your relaxation. Soul's language has the knowing that everything is a reflection and when we have emotions attached to injustice, you must ask the question: where do you create injustice for yourself? And so begins the journey of taking your lessons to the next vibration where you are becoming more self-sufficient in being in charge of your soul's lessons. I wish you well as you make the transition. To gain insight into your soul's lessons, why not book a reading to uncover what you bring into this lifetime from your past lives and how you can begin to create better harmony within your life. We are a soul that has lived many lifetimes with soul lessons to learn. It has been my observation (over many years of observing) that most of us understand that we are a soul, but we don't quite recognise how our soul's lessons touch and affect us, especially when we keep repeating the same lessons every lifetime.
When there's no recognition or change around our lessons, we can find ourselves stuck in a cycle of habits that attract the same events around our lessons. When we're living from mind's way and confronted with the same situations, we believe them to be unfairness or just bad luck and don't consider that they could in fact be part of our soul's lessons. By living this way, we don't notice our extreme behaviour when some events arrive that trigger a strong emotional response. We don't question why our emotions overtake our everyday life, where we can't enjoy any other moments, just our feelings of continuous sadness or frustration as our thoughts dominate every moment and there's no space left for anything else. We all have our soul lessons and to keep living and solving from our human mind's way is not the solution. This keeps us stuck in a cycle, repeating our habit, and when we continually repeat our habits, the more emotional we become when the lessons arrive. We are equally a soul and a human, and to give all our attention to our human self and very little attention to our individual soul is a recipe for a challenging life. It is time for us to reconnect with our souls and create space to learn our soul's lessons, to break the cycles and habits and become self-sufficient in creating change. Through my understanding of a soul's journey, soul's language and the energetic moon cycles, I can align you to a vibration that allows for movement, growth and change. |
