Welcome to Scorpio New Moon. This moon gives us an opportunity to explore what events, emotions and habits we have buried, things that have been too painful or confronting to look at either in this lifetime or another. We have all buried something, and we do this because we believe that in doing so, we have solved our problems. However when we bury our baggage it simply continues to visit us each and every lifetime, and it can create sadness, confusion, and scaredness, depleting our hopefulness in life.
I have noticed in my years of observing that when we live from mind's ways, we are in a hurry to get rid of our emotional pain, or whatever is that we have decided to bury, as mind wants to protect us. What we don't acknowledge is the consequences of burying things and how this can influence our life and block our direction. We can become so consumed with controlling what we have buried and keeping it buried that we end up convincing ourselves that it is okay to put up with pretending that all is well. To move away from mind's way is to come from soul's language, where we understand that the baggage we are in a hurry to bury is only there for us to differently... our baggage is only there to transform, allowing healing to take place instead of the burying. When we experience heartache and emotional pain every lifetime, we can believe that it's unbearable to live with, especially if our broken heart arrives from feelings of not belonging or always being betrayed or abandoned. We can believe that we can't live with our pain or we can't trust ourselves to keep living with our pain for it's too disturbing, it changes our mood, and we see ourselves living with a flow of anxiety within our days. So how do we survive? We bury our emotions by freezing them within our body, creating a coldness within that allows us to remain guarded, suspicious, disconnected and scared. When we hurry to get away from our emotional pain, we don't allow the space to heal ourselves and learn to claim our freedom and create the emotional life that we choose for ourselves. Many of us bury our gifts and talents as we've experienced defeat around them in other lifetimes. We might believe that our talents are rejected by others, leaving us with feelings of frustration and bitterness, and in our hurry to avoid these feelings, we bury our gifts and talents and keep ourselves busy with other things. What we don't acknowledge is our envy, as we watch others succeed, and we move to a rhythm of boredom, uneventfulness, and other painful outcomes. We all have secrets that we protect by burying them, covering them up, especially if our secrets bring feelings of shame and guilt as these feelings carry the lowest vibration of all emotions. But it is challenging to create change towards them when we bury them, and it leaves us with the sense that we have no other choice than to bury them, creating a continuous flow of unworthiness, and low self-esteem where we don't trust ourselves. This allows a flat energy to creep in, and living too long in a flatness can lead us to a depression, leaving little room for us to learn how to bring joy and happiness into our everyday life - so instead of creating joy from within, we require others to supply it to us. Living a life from soul's language allows us to see with a vividness that we have buried or covered up are emotions and behaviours that we feel are too painful to be in our life. But there comes a time where we will choose a lifetime to do differently, a time where we acknowledge with a truth that we are a soul on a soul's journey, we keep picking up where we left off from a previous life, revisiting the lessons that we haven't completed. We get to know these lessons through the events that appear in our lives with a consistency. They are there for us to see how we will solve them this lifetime... and if we keep choosing the same ways of controlling them as we have in other times, we will continue the same cycle of outcomes where we bury the baggage instead of healing it, believing that once it is buried we won't see it again - only to find that it keeps reappearing! When it reappears every lifetime, it can push us to despair and hopelessness, and when we believe the hopelessness, we have nowhere else to go other than move outside of ourselves. We become self-absorbed, angry of the unfairness and injustice of these reappearing events. We demand the world to be a certain way rather than choosing to create change towards our baggage. Our baggage is our responsibility and ours only, as only the soul can create the change. How do we create change? When the event, emotion or habit is there right in front of us. It's only in that moment that we can have the death of our old behaviours. Once we do differently, we can experience the rebirth. Through creating change, we can start to understand that most of our pain is not coming from the events that we see most lifetimes, the pain is coming from how we have tried to solve our baggage with our controlling and our demanding. Make the most of Scorpio moon's energies. Have the courage to let go of the control, as it allows you to open the door on your 'junk room' where most of us have buried our baggage. Acknowledge this is where you want to be and watch yourself breathe... acknowledge that you have arrived within your soul's journey to do differently. This is the lifetime to learn to come from a higher vibration, where you take responsibility by having acceptance of your baggage, allowing yourself to sort out what you have buried, allowing it to rise up so that you may have a closer look at the energies you have buried. Is there any truth to them? Are they as painful as you believe? How can you do them differently? Expand your relaxation to your days. Make that conscious decision to observe yourself breathe as many times as you wish within your day, allowing you to give greater attention to your emotions, and watch your actions and reactions so that you can understand what is truly happening, making room for you to choose different outcomes. This has a flow-on effect when the Scorpio New Moon directly meets us... you will have created the space for your wishes and desires towards how you would like to transform your old habits and behaviours. Have trust in your knowing within that you've got this - and as you are reading this, know that change is already happening and you are beginning to transform your sadness, leading you to a new found freedom for life. I wish you well.

Welcome to Scorpio Full Moon. This moon gives us an opportunity to explore what events, emotions and habits we have buried, things that have been too painful or too confronting to look at either in this lifetime or another. We have all buried something and we do this because we believe that in doing so, we have solved our problems, but when we bury our baggage it simply continues to visit us each and every lifetime, and it can create sadness, confusion and scaredness that depletes our hopefulness.
When we live from mind's ways, we are in a hurry to get rid of our emotional pain, or whatever we have decided to bury (as mind wants to protect us) and then it becomes the only thing that holds our attention. What we don't acknowledge is the consequences or ramifications as to how burying things can influence our life, block our direction. Our direction becomes consumed with controlling what we have buried and keeping it buried... and when we do so, mind believes it can put up with our pretending. When we move away from mind's way and come from soul's language, we begin to understand that the baggage that we are in a hurry to bury is only there for us to differently... that our baggage is only there to transform, allowing healing to take place instead of the burying. When we see heartache every lifetime, when we experience emotional pain each time, we can believe that it's unbearable to live with, especially if our broken heart arrives from feelings of not belonging, or feelings of always being betrayed or abandoned. In our hurry to get away from our emotional pain, we leave no room to heal our belonging and no space to learn to claim our freedom and create the emotional life that we choose for ourselves. We can bury our gifts and talents, believing that each lifetime we try to make it happen, only to feel that it never happens as we believe our gifts and talents are met with defeat, no matter how hard we try. We believe that each lifetime our talents are rejected by others, leaving us with feelings of frustration and bitterness, and in our hurry to bury our gifts, our talents and ensure they don't see the light of day, we keep ourselves busy with other things. We don't acknowledge our envy as we watch others succeed, as we move to a rhythm of boredom, uneventful and other painful outcomes. We all have our secrets that we protect by burying them, by covering them up, especially if our secrets bring feelings of shame and guilt as these feelings carry the lowest vibration of all emotions. This makes it challenging to create change towards them, leading us to believe that we have no other choice than to bury them, which creates continued feelings of unworthiness and low self esteem... leaving us to live our life with a continuous flow of not trusting ourselves, allowing a flatness. We demand the world to be a certain way rather than choosing to create change towards our baggage. Our baggage is our responsibility and ours only, as only the soul can create the change. How do we create change? We create the change when the event, emotion or habit is there right infront of us, when we are experiencing them so that we may transform them. It's only in that moment where you can have the death of your old behaviours by the way that you deal with your baggage, and once you do different you can experience the rebirth. Once you create the change, you can start to understand that most of your pain is not coming from the events that you see most lifetimes, most of the pain is coming from how you have tried to solve your baggage with your controlling and your demanding. Make the most of Scorpio moon's energies. Have the courage to let go of the control, as it allows you to open the door on your junk room where most of us have put our buried baggage. Acknowledge this is where you want to be and watch yourself breathe... acknowledging that you have arrived within your soul's journey to do different. This is the lifetime to learn to come from a higher vibration, where you take responsibility by having acceptance of your baggage, allowing yourself to sort out what you have buried, allowing it to rise up so that you may have a closer look at how you can differently from within. Bring in some relaxation to your days so that you are able to give it your attention, watch your emotions, watch your behaviours, so that you can understand what is truly happening, allowing you to choose different outcomes. When you do different, it makes room for when Scorpio Full Moon's direct hit meets us, and you can release your old habits, your old behaviours as you have a knowing within you that change has happened as you begin to transform much sadness, leading you to a new found freedom for life. I wish you well. |
