{Seeing life from soul’s perspective} We learn many things within soul's language when we understand reflections are everywhere within our life. As we enter the Taurus full moon, it can be a time of letting go of old ways towards our self-worth, giving us the opportunity to observe and question our self-worth. I believe our skin reflects our self-worth. Within your every day, what attention do you give your skin? What emotions do you bring toward your skin? What are the expectations of your skin? Choose moments to nourish your skin, spoil your skin, feed your skin – as our skin is one of our organs; it flourishes when it is soaking up fresh organic food. Spend some moments with your skin, get to know it, and in doing so, you strengthen your skin. I want to share with you a simple, homemade skin food that you could try. Aloe Vera and lavender skin food Simply gather: • aloe vera • fresh lavender flowers And then follow the steps in the photos below. Once prepared, put on relaxing music and move into your calmness, your gentleness, your kindness as you douse your whole body in skin food.
Allow yourself to be present as you get to know your body, as you massage your body. Feel the beauty of it. Feel your skin's enjoyment of it, and take your reflection – you are creating change within your self-worth by nourishing your beautiful skin. Store remaining skin food in the fridge, and spoil your skin often. 🙂

Welcome to the full moon in Taurus. This moon brings with her energies that allow us to understand how we carry out our safety and security behaviours, and what self-worth habits we continue to act out. It is beneficial to take the moments required to observe these ways, as the emotions and behaviours we bring towards them can touch and affect our everyday vitality.
We all have memories of events of other times where our safety and security has been tested and challenged, and our unworthiness from other times may have lead us to experience shame, or the very least feelings of vulnerability, moving us towards living a guarded or suspicious life. It is common for us to tap into our old memories of coping with our safety insecurities and our self-worth habits from other times, and in doing so, we bring them forward and continue the same pattern of actions and reactions in this lifetime. Safety and security What hinders us most around our safety and security is the way we continue to protect them, preferring not to question our insecurities or exploring what is truly happening. If we did, we would see our safety insecurities create a certain degree of anxiousness within us, driven by a feeling of scariness that moves to an everyday sense of sadness that seems to follow us. When we look even closer, the pain arrives because of our own actions, thoughts, and emotions that we continually bring forward whenever our safety insecurities arrive, leaving no room for our individual direction. This hinders our dreams, our everyday adventures, and enthusiasm. Some examples:
To reach our next layer of change towards our safety insecurities is to acknowledge that only we can create the changes... only we can choose to bring a different approach - bring different emotions, different actions, and reactions when our safety issues arrive. This is the moment where change can happen... where we dig deep... where we hold our scariness and still create change, where we own our courage and choose a different outcome. We all desire change from our painful past, and we are all learning to create change in challenging moments. Self-worth Here we are at Taurus moon, allowing us to observe our self-worth, and to be honest, many of us try to avoid the lessons of this moon as we keep our self-worth lessons at arm's length, preferring to keep them covered up. We do this by listening to our mind telling us our self-worth issues are not part of us, yet we all have experienced those self-worth moments. Moments where we have felt our painful emotions and seen how loud our emotions become, we have felt our body shake, our heart beating at a rapid pace, we have heard our loud and continuous flow of thoughts as to how we can escape our situation, or we berate ourselves with our constant stream of thoughts of not being enough. We may have seen ourselves demanding others or the world to behave a certain way whenever our unworthiness is present, and whenever our unworthiness appears, it can create confronting experiences for us, leaving us holding our unworthiness in charge of our life as we allow our mind to maintain its habit of pandering to our self-worth ways, putting up with them by covering up as much as we can, even at the price of living with our anxieties, feeling our shame as we believe the unworthiness, and all because we avoid bringing our self-worth issues forward so we may question them, explore them. Is there any truth to them, or are we just repeating behaviours of other times? All of us have self-worth lessons; it's just the vibration that varies. Some of us have loud unworthy lessons, while others are softer. Wherever we are within our self-worth lesson, we are all influenced by our feelings of not being enough in some way. For example:
It's not until we begin to observe ourselves that we understand how self-worth touches our emotions. When we can watch ourselves becoming flat or sad or holding feelings of shame or doubt, feelings of less than, we can see that these energies lower our everyday vibration. While we are experiencing these lower vibrations, we stay within them, as our energy vibration is too low to do anything else other than to remain in our belief system of self-worth, leaving no room for growth within our evolutionary journey. Instead, it blocks our evolution path, as controlling our self-worth takes up much of our energy, and if you have reached the moment where you are choosing to be more in charge of your evolutionary growth, where you are working towards being more self-sufficient within your spiritual growth, it is worth investigating your self-worth, as I’m sure you will discover your self-worth ways hinders your inner growth. How do we move forward? If you desire a life with feelings of becoming more secure, or if you would like some change within your self-worth habits, begin your transformation by making a promise to self to find moments within your day for relaxation, as relaxation allows us clarity in what is happening within our everyday. It also creates a flow to enable change to take place. Strengthen your relaxation so your able to understand how relaxation works best for you. Within those relaxing moments, chat to yourself with a kindness and a gentleness, saying how you would like to be in charge to experience feelings of safety within your world, and where you would want to understand and take on your habits of safety issues and come to appreciate your unworthiness is your responsibility to create change towards. The issues you carry forward within your security and worth issues are not here to keep believing; they are only here for you to heal so you can live your life from genuine desires. Watch as events arrive that touch your safety and security or self-worth. Observe and question what emotions you bring to your circumstances - is your choice of emotions necessary? Could you choose a different emotion? Watch your actions... observe and question what actions you bring to the event, as most of us have a set history of actions we rely on and bring towards our security, and we also have an established history towards our self-worth behaviours, which enables us to act out our old ways with ease. When we watch, we can see many attachments to both these energies that are only there to uncover and do differently. Value any change... notice your changes no matter how small... for the changes you make towards letting go of your old worn out habits allows for a flow, as this is what the full moon does best, it relinquishes what we have outgrown if we are available to make those changes, giving us the space to keep expanding ourselves. Adding to our growth creates a flow for the next moon, and with each moon, we move closer to obtaining the life we would choose for ourselves. It is a beautiful world we belong to, and when we begin to heal our security issues and self-worth habits, we allow ourselves to settle in and become more involved within our world, expanding our journey of wanting to contribute our gifts and our talents to our society and all those within our wonderful world. Wherever you are within your journey, I wish you well. Welcome to Libra New Moon. This moon brings in the Libran vibrations of equal and the vibration of balance. It gives us the opportunity to acknowledge what we understand about our behaviours towards feelings of equal within all areas of our life, as whatever beliefs we allow ourselves to live with touches and affects how we view balance, and the way that balance is acted out. I have seen how these two energies tend to go under the radar as most of us don’t understand the power they carry. When the energies go unnoticed, our perception of equal and balance will dictate our life, blocking our direction, I have observed how the influence of these energies is greatly underestimated.
Lessons in equal We have all signed up to create change within our lessons around equalness this lifetime, as we have all brought memories and behaviours of equal into this life from other lifetimes without even realising. These memories see us drift into the same behaviour patterns where we experience feelings of not being equal within how we look... feelings of not being equal within friendships... feelings of not being equal within relationships... feelings of not being equal within the workplace... and any other areas of life where our inner knowing of not feeling equal creates a sadness. When we bring truthfulness in observing our equalness, we can discover that it's an energy that brings many challenging emotions, yet if we can hold a stillness within us through the challenging moments, it allows us to follow the energy threads that surround our equalness and explore why we are feeling this way. Most of us discover our sadness comes from our own thoughts, our own actions, and reactions. If we look deeper we might observe ourselves demanding that others give us our equalness, or we might see ourselves trying to control others through our actions, willing them to behave a certain way in how they treat us equally. Or we may feel the hopelessness of always seeing the same outcomes within our feeling of equal, no matter how we try to do differently. It is here that we can observe our reaction of wanting others to repair our feelings around equal rather then taking responsibility for our own changes and creating that shift within ourselves. Not feeling equal can see us letting go of our dreams and what we wish for ourselves. It leads us to long periods of boredom and uneventfulness and we become comfortable with hiding ourselves and living life from a flat energy. When we don't feel equal, we create imbalances within ourselves in the way we direct our energies. For example, we might make our life about other people's wants rather than giving attention to our own requirements. Or, we can have feelings of being less than we really are, creating feelings of shame, especially if we have lived other lifetimes with the same feelings. There's also the other side of equal, where some of us believe that others are less than us, granting ourselves permission to superior behaviours where we are not hearing what we say to others, not noticing how we treat others. This too creates stagnation lifetime after lifetime, as when we don't notice this happening, we don't see ourselves believing that our superior ways have more importance than our happiness. We value being superior over others rather than learning to enjoy others. Lessons in balance Balance is an energy that we can all strengthen within our life, and this is the moon that supports us in creating the changes, especially if we truthfully question ourselves: how is balance acted out within my actions, reactions, thoughts, and emotions? It's a tremendous opportunity to shift confronting energies that are painful to live with, and create greater harmony. Even though imbalances are painful, it can be very challenging to choose change and carry through with it when we have followed the same behaviours every lifetime. It is worth the effort though, as balance can contribute a flow in learning how to format change. Begin by asking yourself some questions about your balance... and when asking yourself the questions, allow your answer to arrive from what you have experienced rather than what your mind tells you. Soul's perspective Our soul has witnessed that most of us underestimate how our feelings of equalness and balance can influence our decisions, and how our lessons of equal and balance can change our course. It is because we can't recognise these feelings or we aren't taking on our lessons towards equal as it feels too confronting to face that leaves us with our same habits and behaviours. These behaviours will continue to flow into our life until we step up and choose to create change towards them. To choose change, begin by observing yourself - your thoughts, your emotions and watch your actions and reactions to any events containing elements of equalness. You can watch and learn how they influence you, and this allows you to understand why you behave the way we do. What triggers you, how loud are your triggers, when your triggers arrive, how do you react? Are your reactions painful to yourself or to others? You are the only one who can create the change and do differently. In every moment you have a choice, and if you can choose a different way, you are able to let go of your old ways. What are your intentions within this Libra moon? Make that promise to self to observe a little deeper, see the next layer of your equal habits and your next layer of balance. Acknowledge any change you create towards these energies, as all change is movement... all change is growth. Remembering when your equalness is lifted to a higher vibration, you will have greater balance within your every day, and your life will have a greater flow and easiness to it, joy will be felt in a relaxed way. It is worth the persistence to strengthen your equalness, to strengthen your balance, allowing you to move closer to the life you would choose for yourself.
